FRANKFURT, Germany, 25 September 2024: Genesis has partnered with Bloomberg Media to provide a new program of entertainment and news services through an all-new in-car app, powered by Bloomberg.
The service will be introduced first to the newly designed Electrified G80 on 25th September in Korea, with the app made available as part of an Over-the-Air (OTA) update for existing customers in Europe in Q2 2025, available on G90, G80, GV80, GV70, Electrified GV70, and GV60.
The partnership between Genesis and Bloomberg Media marks an exciting step in providing convenient and high-quality access to news and entertainment services for Genesis owners. With the new in-car app, customers can stay connected and informed from the comfort of their own cars and benefit from Bloomberg’s trusted and timely news, analysis, and entertainment options seamlessly, without the need for additional sign-in. The app’s features include Bloomberg TV+, Bloomberg Originals, and News Feed delivering major headlines and relevant information in a timely manner.
As part of its commitment to continuously enhancing the ownership experience, Genesis will also offer G80, G90 and GV80 customers a complimentary Bloomberg Annual Access subscription, providing unrestricted access to online and app-based content in Q2 2025.
