Decker succeeds Eric Goodwin, who will become chairman of the board. In this role, Decker will oversee the company’s national operations and strategic initiatives, further solidifying Goodwin Recruiting’s position as a leader in the recruitment industry.
Decker joins Goodwin Recruiting with over 18 years of experience in recruiting leadership, having previously served as CEO at I.K. Hofmann USA. His track record of rapidly growing organizations and driving operational excellence, as evidenced by multiple industry awards, aligns perfectly with Goodwin Recruiting’s vision for the future. Before joining I.K. Hofmann USA, Decker was a senior regional vice president at Robert Half where he led several highly successful direct hire teams and was a 2x recipient of the President’s Club Leadership Award.
