This acquisition aligns with TAP’s commitment to expanding its footprint and enhancing its service offerings to fleets, dealerships, financial institutions, and customers across the country.
Tags & Titles has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality registration and titling solutions across all 159 counties in Georgia, handling hundreds of thousands of vehicle registrations through innovative technology and streamlined processes. The company currently operates in three states and provides over 15 specialized services in the tag and title industry.
Leadership Continuity & Staff Retention
As part of the acquisition, the previous owners of Tags & Titles, Nick & Lyla, will remain actively involved in the business, serving as Co-Presidents to ensure a seamless transition and continued excellence in service. In addition, all current staff members will remain with the company, preserving the deep expertise and strong customer relationships that have been built over the years.

- Express Tag and Title (2024) – A Virginia-based firm that expanded TAP’s coverage across 16 additional states, significantly enhancing its East Coast presence.
- Tags & Titles Services, LLC (2025) – A Georgia-based company specializing in fleet and dealer title processing, broadening TAP’s operational reach in key southeastern markets.
With the integration of Tags & Titles Services, LLC, TAP now operates in more than 24 states, providing best-in-class DMV processing, title work, and registration services.
