Kia Announces November 2025 Global Sales Results

  • November 2025 global sales of 262,065 units, down 0.8% Y/y
  • In Korea, Kia sold 47,256 units, down 1.6% Y/y
  • Outside of Korea, Kia sold 213,889 units, down 0.8% Y/y
  • Year-to-date global sales reached 2,848,845 units, up 1.8% Y/y; Korea sales totaled 493,940 units, up 1.5% Y/y
  • Kia RV models such as Sportage, Sorento and Seltos led the company’s sales

Kia Corporation today announced total global sales of 262,065 units in October 2025, a 0.8 percent decrease year over year.

Year-to-date sales have increased both globally and in Korea compared with the same period in 2024. Global sales reached 2,848,845 units, up 1.8% year over year, while sales in Korea rose 1.5% year over year to 493,940 units.

Strong and consistent growth in Kia’s core RV lineup, including Sportage and Sorento SUV fueled robust sales performance, while strong demand for EV and hybrid models continued.

Kia RVs led the company’s sales in November, with the Sportage SUV selling 49,351 units globally. The Sorento SUV backed up this strong market performance with sales of 25,282 units, followed by the Seltos SUV, which sold 22,293 units.

Sales outside of Korea

Sales outside of Korea, excluding special purpose vehicles, were down 0.8 percent compared with the same period in 2024, to 213,889 units.

In markets outside of Korea, the Sportage SUV led the brand’s momentum, recording 42,483 sales, followed by the Sonet SUV with 19,320 units and Seltos SUV with 17,653 units.

In November, Kia sold 47,256 units in the Korean market, a 1.6 percent decrease compared with the same period last year.

The Sorento SUV led the company’s passenger vehicle sales in its home market, with 10,047 units sold in November. The Sportage SUV followed, with sales of 6,868, while the Carnival MPV recorded sales of 5,305 units.

Kia aims to drive growth by leveraging its SUV hybrid models and EV lineup, including EV4, EV5 and PV5. The company is strengthening its global leadership in electrification by leveraging customer-centric strategies and making strategic investments.
