Olivier Mignon, Director of Sports Marketing at ASICS, said: “UTMB® Mont-Blanc is the ultimate test of endurance, resilience, and team spirit — and we couldn’t be prouder of what our ASICS Trail Team has achieved this week. Our athletes and support crews gave everything out on the trails, supporting and cheering each other on like one big family. We’re thrilled to have been able to provide them with the best care and ASICS products to help deliver so many incredible performances. Together, we celebrated the power of the sport to unite and lift spirits, culminating in the outstanding accomplishments of both Tom Evans and Ben Dhiman. What an unforgettable week in Chamonix, made possible by all the amazing runners, passionate spectators, and tireless organizers behind the scenes.”
ASICS athlete Tom Evans said: “Crossing the finish line in Chamonix first is a dream come true. The race pushed me to my absolute limits, but the support from the team and the incredible atmosphere carried me through every step. One month ago, I told the ASICS team that this is the best trail shoe I’ve ever worn and that it deserved to win UTMB® and that I would do everything in my power to make that happen – mission accomplished!”
