(TSXV: RKV) (FSE: 7JO0) (the “Company” or “Rakovina”), a biopharmaceutical company advancing cancer therapies through artificial intelligence (AI)-powered drug discovery, is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved the grant of an aggregate of 540,000 stock options (the “Options”) to certain consultants, employees, officers and directors of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan.
Each Option is exercisable for up to five years at a price of $0.70 per share and shall vest in equal parts every six months over the next three years.
